A dedicated bootcamp & online fitness coach with a passion to help others reach your goals. My journey began in 2018 at the age of 38 and my heaviest weight being 240lbs. Specifically, I remember how it felt to start from scratch, which is why I’m so driven to help you now.
I fell in love with the woman I have become and want this for everyone that I come into contact with. Fitness is a powerful force of self love and I strive to empower individuals every chance I get. Besides coaching, I love to read, write poetry, dance, sing (I can’t but you will hear me lol), and travel.
My favorite foods include oxtail with rice and peas, sushi, and a good steak. Regarding drinks, I enjoy peanut butter whisky and an espresso martini (I do drink occasionally lol). However, my favorite non-alcoholic choice is my morning energy tea. Ohhhh and Hershey mini eggs are life 😆 in moderation that is 🤭. As much as I love treats, I also love staying informed on the latest fitness tips to keep my energy high.
I love honesty and transparency. My circle is small and powerful and I keep it that way for many reasons (Reach out and ask me why). Furthermore, I’m driven on high energy and people who do as they say long after the mood they said it has left (This builds character).
